Working both in universities and companies, conducting more than 30 different subjects in forms of workshops and seminars and communicating with the young generation in universities in Iran and Malaysia during last nine years have given me an insight to choose teaching as my preferred career willingly. I have managed to actualize my potentials and demonstrate my capabilities to focus on teaching and consulting areas and follow these fields as my career path.
To pursue my career objectives, I use various methods for coaching, training, counseling and mentoring sessions. Below are a few fundamental principles my work is based on:
