“This one day leadership seminar was direct and educational, yet fun all at the same time. It was lively experiences where everyone was encouraged to interact openly and speak out the challenges they faced/are facing.
Providing an opportunity for us to understand better operation of other division as well as thoughts of higher level management is valuable. I also learned that multi-dimensional analysis and essence of communication are essence for a leader in solving problems.
It was a privilege to be chosen as a participant in this and subsequent leadership training program. Personally, this program was helpful to let us know who we are, where we are and motivate us to plan for our future. If I could have changed only one thing, it would be to have participated in this program much earlier in my life”.
